You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

User Data

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, Answee collects and uses your data, including API keys, solely to improve the website and services, specifically to optimize your e-commerce store’s visibility in AI-driven commercial recommendations (e.g., ChatGPT). We do not use your information for any other purposes, such as marketing or sharing with third parties, unless required by law.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API keys, Shopify credentials, and Answee account details.

• Ensuring the accuracy of API keys or credentials provided to Answee for integrations.

• Notifying us immediately at teamanswee@outlook.com of any unauthorized use of your API keys, credentials, or account.

• Complying with the terms of third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Bing Webmaster Tools) when using Answee’s integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Answee is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or issues arising from the misuse, loss, or unavailability of API keys or third-party integrations (e.g., Bing’s Copilot, Shopify).

Termination

Answee reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website or app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, including misuse of API keys or credentials, or is harmful to other users or our services.
